Our commercial telephone number for general use is 919 966-2253. The facsimile telephone number is 919 962-6263. There are also direct numbers for many staff members in the Staff Directory. If you are a medical examiner, pathologist, or family member calling about a case, call 800 672-7024. A pathologist is on call at all times for medical examiners and pathologists calling about new cases. Others must call during business hours, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.
